Oh me, oh my, I'm moving forward with publishing my dream - Cover Sneak Peak

Okay, so my nerves are all over the place this week, because I'm in the active motion of getting Down the Rabbit Hole self published. Which, shouldn't be a big deal, my series has been published on Webtoons for a while now.

Over 10 years in the making, I need to just get over myself and do what I want to do. Flaws and all. Its alright. Its not the end of the world.

BUT THIS IS DIFFERENT!

This is a book. A novel. A craft I'm not excellent in. I've been working writing for the last 3 years, and I keep telling myself if I don't just rip the damn bandage off this year, its never getting published.

So, I sent it to my editor, shout out to Emilie Ocean, and I so can't wait to see what she thinks. She did the manuscript critique, and helped SO MUCH! I can't stop singing her praises and honestly stopped me from overthinking like a loon.

I got my Bookfunnel account, and want to start working on ARC applications, but haven't decided how that works just yet. But, this is my first announcement for getting that started. So, if anyone wants to do that for Draft 5, it's still need a final proof read, but yeah, applications are open I suppose!

But like, I'm scared everyone. My anxiety is through the roof, and I'm sure its coupled with the personal things going on in my life, but you know what, I've faced worse. I can do this.

ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

So, I want to release on July 4th, 2026 for Alice in Wonderland Day. It's stuck in my head on being a fun little release day, but IDK! It seems both so far away, and too close. I've yet to upload or save anything just yet cause I'm so scared.

COVER TEASER

So~ I have a cover! I really like it, and according to my friends, they all really love it too! But I'm not quite ready to reveal it, but I have decided for the KDP and paperback to go with the romantasy themed cover.

I drew the logo by hand and added the tag line to make it seem like a smile.

If you look at my older work, I've always included the smile. (SoRRY, I just noticed the oldest piece, the second one is cut off. But it's someone smiling in the upper left)

The smile is important, and I even have it in the prologue chapter.

“So it shall be,” the first voice said. “And so, I shall command, off with your head.”

A toothy grin cracked.

“I’ll be sure to be on time.”   

SO, yeah, anyways, I'm freaking out today while working on scheduling my content. I'll be doing my art posts per usual, and then figuring out what I wanna do on the author side of things.
